Muscle Spasm:

Protective guarding of muscles which helps to prevent any further injury. This is earlier symptoms of degenerative change, prolapsed disc or a overuse strain e.g. Neck Musculature Myospasm, Listing in lumber PIVD, next stiffness after long working hours in front of computers/laptops.

Muscle Strain:

Muscle strain tendon injuries/tenderness or tendinosis And muscle tears, these usually occurs when we push/full why perform a jerky movement with extreme forces more than muscular strength patient have.
