Muscle Spasm:

Protective guarding of muscles which helps to prevent any further injury. This is earlier symptoms of degenerative change, prolapsed disc or a overuse strain e.g. Neck Musculature Myospasm, Listing in lumber PIVD, next stiffness after long working hours in front of computers/laptops.

Muscle Strain:

Muscle strain tendon injuries/tenderness or tendinosis And muscle tears, these usually occurs when we push/full why perform a jerky movement with extreme forces more than muscular strength patient have. It might be because of repeated injury to the over injured area all over work. E.g. Supraspinutus tendonitis / tear, rotator cuff injuries, Patellar tendonitis.

Joint Pains:

These occurs usually due to degenerative changes or any traumatic changes in soft tissues around joint also in autoimmune disorders.

o   Osteo arthritis

o   Rheumatoid Arthritis

o   Frozen Shoulder

o   Tennis Elbow/Golfers Elbow

Ligament and Meniscus injuries

These tissues provide stability and soft padding to joint. Injury to these tissues May have compromise your joint function. If injury is severe you might need a surgical procedure.
